The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “Customer”) with Ksenia Schnaider (hereinafter referred to as “Ksenia Schnaider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on the Ksenia Schnaider website, mobile site, or via telephone (collectively referred to as “kseniaschnaider.com”).
Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms before placing an order. By using the Store and placing orders, you agree to these Terms.
The availability of any products or services on kseniaschnaider.com at any given time does not guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Customers who register on the Store and make purchases provide their personal data and consent to its processing by Ksenia Schnaider.
Customers may use the Store by registering and creating a personal account (hereinafter referred to as “Customer Account”), where personal data and order information are collected. Customers can also make purchases without registering. Customers have the right to terminate the agreement related to their Customer Account at any time by submitting a request to delete their account. To do so, the Customer should contact us or use the provided functions in their Customer Account.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal data. Ksenia Schnaider reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders if false data is provided or if the data raises reasonable doubts. In such cases, the Customer will be informed via phone or email about the reasons for order cancellation. Customers have the right to explain circumstances regarding data verification and order cancellation. If no contact data is provided, explanations will be given once the Customer contacts us.
Customers are responsible for all transactions made using their login and password unless the information was disclosed to a third party through no fault of the Customer. The Store undertakes to protect login and password information from unauthorized disclosure. Customers must also make every effort to protect their login and password from unauthorized access.
The Store is not responsible for the Customer sharing their login or password with third parties. If the email address provided during registration changes or expires, the Customer should inform the Store.
Customers declare that all data provided for order processing is accurate. The Store is not obligated to verify the correctness of this data.
Ksenia Schnaider aims to provide the best possible online experience. To ensure this, we may block access to the site and close the account of any user who violates these Terms.
Use of the Store is not permitted for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your country).
My Account
When creating an account online, you can choose a password to log in and view your order history. If you wish to delete your account, please contact cs@kseniaschnaider.com for assistance. You can also choose to store a credit card for future purchases. All information regarding your stored credit cards can be changed or deleted by logging into your account. Your details will be protected and will speed up your checkout process the next time you shop.
Placing Order
By using our Website or placing an order via the Website, telephone, e-mail you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order. Before finalizing your order, you will have the chance to review your selections, the information you provided, and the total price, and correct any mistakes. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be bought by other customers until you complete the order and receive a confirmation email. If your connection to the Website is lost due to inactivity, your selected items may be removed, and you will need to add them again.
Order Confirmation and Shipping
Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to availability. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the relevant information about your order. Shipping confirmation means that we have accepted your order. We do not guarantee that all products displayed on our Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly via phone or email. If we have already received payment for such a product, we will refund you the purchase amount.
Prices and Delivery Charges
The prices displayed on kseniaschnaider.com do not include any taxes, import duties, fees, or additional charges. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties required by their local customs authorities to release their orders from customs. Different incoterms delivery terms may apply depending on the country of delivery.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be confirmed at the checkout page.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All products are made in Ukraine and shipped worldwide via DHL (6-8 business days) or EMS (10-15 business days).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Ksenia Schnaider is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time provided by the shipping service from the date of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@kseniaschnaider.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns and Exchanges
You are entitled to return your purchase for a refund by notifying Ksenia Schnaider within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product has not been worn or used and is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased at a discount.
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@kseniaschnaider.com with your order information and request for a refund. Please include your order number in all communications with us. Upon receiving your return request, we will send you a confirmation and further instructions.
Once you have notified us of your return, please return the product as soon as reasonably possible but no later than 7 days after sending your notice. The return address will be provided in our email response.
Please ensure the product you wish to return is in the exact same condition as when you received it, with tags and seals still attached. All shoes must not be used at all or only tried on a carpeted surface until you decide to keep them. Shoes and accessories that come in a special box must be returned in their undamaged original box, which is considered part of the product.
The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us. We recommend using a secure and trackable method of shipment. Ksenia Schnaider is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of us confirming receipt of your returned item, please contact us again.
Pre-order
On our website you can see which items are in stock and which are only available by pre-order. When placing a pre-order, you agree that your order will be produced within 12-20 business days and then shipped according to our delivery terms.
You will receive an email to the provided address after placing a pre-order, detailing the production timeline for your order. Once you receive your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days in accordance with our return and exchange policies.
Please note: Due to power outages in Ukraine, production times may be extended. We are doing our best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible and ask for your understanding in these circumstances.
Our Liability
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your order on kseniaschnaider.com is limited to the total price of your purchase.
Product Colors
At Ksenia Schnaider, we strive to accurately describe our products on the Website. However, due to the color settings on your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures may differ slightly from their actual colors. Additionally, many of our items are made from recycled materials, which means that each piece is unique and may vary from the images shown. Ksenia Schnaider cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancies.
Prices
Prices may vary between our physical store and the Website. Please note that Ksenia Schnaider may cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.
Custom Orders
At Ksenia Schnaider, we offer the option to create custom-made items tailored to your measurements. To request a personalised item, please contact us at cs@kseniaschnaider.com and provide your measurements and any other required details as instructed by our manager. Once the item is made, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to its personalised type.
Payments
At Ksenia Schnaider, we accept a variety of payment methods to ensure a seamless shopping experience. You can pay using credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, etc.), as well as popular payment services like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Additionally, we offer payment through secure gateways such as Fondy. All transactions are secure and encrypted. You can also save your credit card details for faster checkout in the future.
