PATCHWORK
Debuted in 2018, the Patchwork collection was born from a desire to rescue denim destined for landfill. It all began with a question: what if these pieces could live again?
Drawing inspiration from traditional heritage objects and distinctive patterns found across the North American continent, we reimagine vintage denim and fabric offcuts through relentless creative experimentation. Denim patchwork is an art in itself—each piece is carefully cut in varying shades, skilfully matched or clashed, and then expertly stitched together to form a single textile, ready to be transformed into a garment.
Through an intricate process of sketching, pattern-making, sampling, fitting, and refinement, our designers and technologists bring this patchwork denim to life—creating striking yet effortlessly wearable jeans, jackets, vests, shirts, and shorts that balance craftsmanship with comfort.

ZERO WASTE
The Zero Waste concept is a unique collaboration between KSENIASCHNAIDER and a long-established community of female weavers and artisans from Ukraine’s Chernihiv region.
Driven by a mission to prevent manufacturing offcuts—whether vintage or new—from becoming waste, the process begins with meticulously washing and breaking down these remnants into denim yarn. This yarn is then re-woven on a traditional loom, producing a richly textured, tweed-like denim that recalls the artistry of haute couture fabric weaving.
The result is a contemporary reimagining of denim, distinguished by exposed intertwining threads, distressed details, and intricate denim braiding—each piece a striking statement against the disposable nature of modern fashion.

DENIM FUR
Inspired by Ksenia and Anton’s love for furry companions, Denim Fur was conceived as a warm, practical, and playfully innovative take on outerwear.
Each garment in the Denim Fur collection is crafted from reworked vintage denim and delicate frayed offcuts. To create a single piece, a pair of jeans or a jacket serve as the base, onto which horizontal panels of stitched denim remnants are applied. Once washed, the offcuts fray entirely, mimicking the soft, textural effect of fur and lending a unique, tactile quality to the design.
Jackets can be styled with effortless ease for everyday use, while the jeans make an unmistakable statement—bold, expressive, and made for those unafraid to turn heads. More than just an aesthetic triumph, this collection is yet another testament to KSENIASCHNAIDER’s dedication to circularity, proving that creativity is a powerful tool in the fight against textile waste.
